Weekend Fun

You've already seen the other big day of our weekend - Saturday.

On Sunday, it was Mother's Day!!

She LOVED them -- we had no trouble getting her to eat (and she had leftovers the next 3 mornings!)

On Monday morning, it was time for Daddy and Grandma to leave for their trip:

It was a rough morning of goodbyes, but they got off okay.

After work, Amelia and I went for a picnic in a park:

Birthday Party!

On Saturday we had Amelia's 2nd Birthday party!

Amelia had SO much fun at her party with all of her family and friends.

She definitely had a great time, and was sad to see everyone go. But then it was time for some quiet time.

In the middle of the day, we picked up Amelia and took her to her Pediatrician's office for her 2 year checkup.

As usual, Amelia loved Dr. K! Checking her kitty's heartbeat:

She was able to skip out on any shots, but had to get her foot pricked for a blood sample (iron and lead).

We put a band-aid on the kitty too, so Amelia would feel better:

After work, we took her to Bob Evans for her birthday (Daddy bought her flowers):
