Amelia was finishing up a bout of something (a little infection), but still wanted to take a moment to enjoy the nice weather outside....

Saturday 2/19
I don't really remember what we did Saturday morning, to be honest.
The key part of the day was that Amelia napped really well. Because of this, we thought that we could all go to a hockey game, because Chris's college team was playing nearby.
We thought that Amelia's cold was gone. We were wrong.
She had a great time during the first period.

The end of the first period - our team was up and things were good:

Well.... then the second period started, and Amelia's ear started hurting. She's never had an ear infection that we know of, and this was never a complaint with the cold that she'd had - but I think the cold ice rink and all the loud announcing/music started to bug her.

About halfway through the second period, she started crying and wanted to leave. So we did. She cried the whole way home and was pretty miserable.
But you know Amelia.... the next day she woke up talking about how much fun she had at the hockey game, and any signs of being sick were long gone.

Sunday 2/20
We were worried that her cold was still lingering, so we stayed home from church, so she wouldn't get any of the other kids sick.
We hung out around the house and let Amelia play.
She disappeared for a bit, and returned with Chris's jacket on - so silly!
