Chris and Amelia were out visiting his grandparents, helping his mom work on some things, and picking up our new (to us) car - a generous gift from one set of grandparents.

They got there pretty late on Friday, so they didn't do much before bedtime.

Next, they went to visit Great-Grandpa Bob and Great-Grandma Edna.

Amelia left to go spend the day with her Great-Grandma June, while Chris and his mom worked on cleaning out her parents' old place.
Later, Chris picked Amelia back up and they stopped in to visit Great-Grandpa Bob:

And then it was time to drive back home, in the "new" car!
It was a nice trip for the two of them, but Mommy was really happy to see them come back!
