After she spent some time playing in the surf, she dug right into the sand:
And then, while playing with Daddy's soccer ball, she went face-first into the sand:
And got pretty covered up:
And one last flight of the fish flag:
She took a well-timed morning nap, while we packed up the car and cleaned up the place. We hit the road for home..... via York, Pa, where Chris's extended family lives!
We got into York around dinner time, and unloaded at Great-Grandma Fink's house. She was so excited to see us, Amelia especially.
Grandma did a great job at keeping her well-entertained [along with the meowing cat]
And after her bath, Amelia gave us a bit of a fashion show:

umm....so the bucket is in place of the tiara on that list yes? because it's more useful than just decorative for a true beach princess.....
