Borgo Poneta in the morning:

First, a stop at our favorite Pasticceria (that package is filled with yumminess):

And then back home for Amelia and Gramma! We headed to a little town called Bagni di Lucca, just to get some lunch and walk around for a bit.

Amelia all ready for some sight-seeing:

View from the bridge:

Car trunk diaper change!

Amelia's first gelato - in Bagni di Lucca:

Looking at the fishie in the fountain:

The property owner where we were staying brought over some bikes and Amelia was convinced that she could ride the little one. She climbed on using the fence.

Going through one of the entry points into the walled city of Lucca:

A beautiful church in Lucca:

Walking down the street in Lucca:

More gelato -- YUM!

Another gorgeous building in Lucca:

Heading home after a long morning of adventures!

Just woken from her nap, enjoying a yogurt snack:

Then, Amelia and I went on a walk into Marginone and stopped at the local Pasticceria. I used what little Italian I know to order us an espresso drink and a pastry to share.
