The first thing we did was meet the teacher, and then the kids were invited to read a book with a parent on the carpet:
Then the teacher explained some of the rooms in the building, and what a typical day might be like:
Next, all the kids checked out the different play spaces in the building.
Amelia loved the craft room - play doh:
And the art easels:
Then she spent a good amount of time in the kitchen with her friend:
And provided some baby care with Daddy:
"Want a banana, baby?"
It was a fun morning, watching her investigate her school and seeing her excitement.
